Why we built Peersheep

We kept losing deals because we didn't know a competitor had repriced. We built the tool we wished existed.

Peersheep started as an internal tool. We were building in the AI space and kept getting blindsided: a competitor would reprice, relaunch or quietly pivot, and we'd find out from a customer or a sales call, never from our own research.

The tools that existed didn't fit

Crayon, Klue and Kompyte are built for large sales organisations in slower markets, and priced for them. We needed something that kept up with a market that moves weekly, and that told us what a change meant, not just that it happened.

Signal over noise

The hard part isn't detecting changes. It's filtering them. A timestamp update isn't competitive intelligence; a pricing tier removal is. We use a language model to make that call on every change, and we treat that judgement as the core of the product.

What a Peersheep alert looks like

What changed, the before and after, how much it matters, and a short 'so what' written for your company. Readable in under a minute.

Where we're going

We're shipping quickly and talking to every customer who'll have us. If you're tracking competitors in the AI space, we'd love to hear what you're missing.
